2025 Gala Room Hold

In order to reserve a room for the Gala at a discounted rate of $359 plus taxes, a $100 hold will be required.  If you cancel your room at anytime before 2/22/25, the $100 will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.  The $100 will be refunded within 5 days after 2/22/25.  This deposit does not guarantee a room.  If we are not able to give you a room at the discounted rate, your deposit will be returned immediately.  If we are able to secure a room for you at the discounted rate, we will send you a link so that you can book your room.  Hotel rooms at a discounted rate are on a first come first serve basis.
